A loan of $586 helped Muhammad Qaiser to buy an auto-rickshaw.
Muhammad Qaiser is 40 years living in the slums of Lahore where poverty, low standard of living and illiteracy is a way of life. Determined to change this course through his hard work educating both his children, a luxury he never had himself. He works in a factory in the day time. And later takes his brother rickshaw providing transportation services. His family comprises of his wife and two children, who are studying at a local school. He recently heard about Seedout’s loan scheme intended to provide auto rickshaw to individuals from his friends and the fact that it is interest free makes it more attractive to him. With the opportunity to avail financing to buy his own rickshaw he seems hopeful to afford better education for his children and shift to a better place with better hygienic conditions.
