52-year-old Irshad Begum is a talented woman. She never wanted to sit idly at home; she always had a desire to learn a skill, earn and be an independent woman. She received full support from her family in her business. Irshad learned the craft of shoe manufacturing and now it has been 22 years that Irshad has been doing this work.
