Meet Liaquat Ali, a shoemaker from Gujranwala. Liaquat is not literate and considers it his misfortune. In a society plagued with poverty and deprivation, education is the only escape. Liaquat could not study and was sent by his parents to equip himself with shoe making skills. Thankfully this skill helps him run his household. He takes orders from wholesalers and retailers for shoes and after completing the orders gets paid. HIs income though is not as much as his hard work but he has no choice. WIth much hardships, he has married two of his children and two children are home. He also takes care of his old and ailing mother.  His younger son is a differently abled person and is mentally disturbed. He needs special attention and care but his financial circumstances do not allow him to give better care to his son.  Liaquat aims to start a retail shop of shoes as well. He wants to establish a shop and a small manufacturing unit which he would expand in the future. Seedout is helping him in this endeavour and provide him a loan so that he can get a successful entrepreneur and start proper medical treatment for his son.
